In the website it says that it will be in stock again by the end of June, now it’s July 8th. Does anyone know more or less the timeline for restocking?
I will be traveling the first week of August, I was hoping to update the battery before than, to sustain the use of google maps and camera throughout the day (my FP4 is 3 and a half years old, it needs it)

Sadly it just repeats that it was expected by the end of June. I was curious if others had previous experiences of waiting for restocking, and how long did it take

A quick search via online price portals seems to indicate that some retailers still have stock
Maybe more I just checked the first few well known companies.

Does anyone have any idea when the Fairphone 4 battery will be available from the shop again? The message still says ‘end of June’. I badly need to replace my battery. It’s pointless having a Fairphone if I have to replace a whole phone due to lack of battery…

Gemini tried but none of its suggestions were successful 
I tried ifixit but it won’t deliver to the UK unfortunately. My only option, after extensive searching, seems to Amazon for double the price.
It was available end of June. I ordered mine on 25.June and got it two days later.
So maybe they didn’t expect such high demand.

I did what you said and Memo.de does indeed shop to the UK. I had tried them before your message but couldn’t understand the German and my browser wasn’t translating so I gave up but after your message I looked at them in Google instead and got the translation.
That’s useful to know, they must have sold out instantly!

They were sold out before that too Is the Fairphone promise a lie?.
But stock got refilled end of June.
So maybe the third party shops refilled their stock and then it was empty on FP side again. 
Communication at Fairphone is a nightmare. They are great when talking about how they are changing the world. But when it comes to customers’ operational problems, they are speechless. When will Fairphone finally understand that they also have to take care of their existing customers?
When Fairphone writes in the shop that the battery will be available again in June, you assume that this is the case. The next June is 11 months away.
Can it be that difficult to update the information in the shop? How many thousands of spare parts does Fairphone have in its range that they can lose track?
Fortunately, I received one of the few batteries at the end of June 2025. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it will be your turn in June 2026.
For me, the Fairphone 4 is probably my last Fairphone. And I very much regret that!

The battery on the FP4 is still unavailable and is displayed as ‘return at the end of June’. Still nothing at the end of July.
