When charging, my phone vibrates

Hi everbody,
My fully updated Fairphone 2 vibrates when charging. It occurs two brief times each 1% between 1% and 15% . Then it works perfectly fine. I has been doing that since I bought the phone.
I couldn’t find a way to change this in the parameters, so I assume it is a bug…

This is very annoying, especially because I charge my phone at night, in my room…

Does it make a difference whether you enable energy saving when the battery is under 15%?

So i checked last night, and no, it doesn’t make a difference…
Any idea?
