My FP3 no longer makes a sound alert for WhatsApp messages, has anyone experienced this? I don’t think I’ve changed anything and have checked every setting I can think of. Thank you in advance.
You already checked the notification settings in the Settings of WA?
Same for the notification settings in Settings → Apps & Notifications?

Thank you, I have checked all those. It looks like something quite random as it just stopped notifying me one day!
Maybe you could try uninstalling and reinstalling WA.

Did you have headphones in before the alert stopped making noise? Some people have had this happen when they unplug headphones. A restart sorts it out.

It’s started working again now. No apparent reason!
