What do the different LED signals mean? Can I change that?

I have a pair of Fairbuds XL and love them, but I cannot figure out what the LED signals mean.

I found https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407930364177-Fairphone-True-Wireless-Stereo-TWS-Earbuds which explains different LED colors and blinking states for the TWS earbuds, but i did not find anything like this for the fairbuds XL.

Furthermore I am wondering if it is possible to overwrite the firmware to change behaviour like this. I was hoping the mobile App would help with that but it does not. This would be an awesome feature.

If you still have to the box the Fairbuds XL came in, it includes a small booklet (perhaps still hidden under the carton, together with a black bag) with some very basic instructions, mostly in picture and symbol form. Some LED meanings can be found on page 3.

I do not know if I still have that booklet. Can i find it anywhere as pdf?

This would solve the issue, but i would expect the information being available online as well.

Also: Is there any info about overwrites of the firmware?

I cannot find any mention of LEDs in the support page you linked. Is it me or is this info not in there?

also a search for ‘led’ or ‘blink’ does not turn up anything.
