I was trying to submit a repair request via the webform, but after literally hours of trying, I gave up. This is just occupational therapy, they send you round and round in circles and whatever I try, I always get stalled by error messages such as this one, where the system tells me to choose from a list of options, yet it fails to present me with any options.

Which browser do you use and in which version? Do you use an AdBlocker or anything that restricts JavaScript?
