does anybody know what happens if my warranty runs out before Fairphone respond to my repair request
the charging port seems to have loose connection…
has anyone had this problem fixed, if so how much did it cost.
I rekon you have received an automatic reply at your support request, so this makes it official at which date you informed Fairphone. And this date is the date Fairphone uses to verify if your claim is a warranty case.
