Why cann’t I add fairbuds to my shopping cart and why cann’t I find any option to talk to a salesperson to add this to my order?
I checked the website and if you mean the standard (non-XL) Fairbuds, they seem to be out of stock currently.

it looks fairbuds are now out of stock (I checked the Polish and UK webshop)
If you want to chat with a FP representative, there is live chat option, every day from 10-12 (Amsterdam time)
I asked TIN, the AI assistant but just got the option to be notified.

Thanks for your search and answer. @Fairphone, if you read this, would have been nicer if the Dutch site gave the same information as the Polish one!
so I can’t choose a colour and the add button doesn’t work
In my account my orders shows as status: blocked. Can anybody tell me what this means. My chat function doesn’t work (for 2 days now)
The term is indeed confusing. However, it simply means the order is accepted and dealt with regularly.
In my own customer account, my most recent two (completed) orders are also marked like this (EN, NL, DE):
Could you check with a different browser?
In Chrome the chatfunction works in Firefox not.
I don’t want to use Google Chrome … I just orderd a Mureno ![]()
Status still says locked, but that - they say - is normal FP communication…..
