VoLTE: no switch/toggle?

Hello!

What do I have to do to get the “4G Calling” or “VoLTE” option switch in the SIM settings?
VoLTE works for me with Vodafone (Germany) and Deutsche Telekom (Germany). But I can’t see the status (no VoLTE icon) and I can’t switch it off (in case of problems). There is only the possibility to switch WLAN-Call on and off.
What am I doing wrong?
