Hi there, I’ve started to get the message ‘Voicemail number unknown’ when I try to pickup voice mail? Any ideas? thanks.
OK, I’ve found the number my network uses for voicemail from a phone, so that is working. However the phone does not seem to be connecting to that number (which is in the address book) when I select the option to pick up my messages… Thanks.
There’s some settings for this that can be accessed from the dialler (the phone app, on the screen that show the numerical keypad). Menu button (left-most hardware button) > Settings > Voice Call > Voicemail > [Choose SIM]. Select a service (usually ‘my carrier’), and then the Setup menu should be available, and give you an option to enter a Voicemail number. Hope this helps.
