Vibration using display does not work

Hello,

I use a Fairphone 3.
Vibration for incoming calls works.

Not working is the vibration touching the display although this function is enabled in the settings.

Any idea before I may have to contact the support team?

Hi,

I have just checked the haptic feedback on my FP3 and it works fine. So you should probably contact the official support channels.

Works on my unit.
Settings -> Sound -> Advanced -> Haptic feedback on the bottom of the menu.

Problem is solved.

The energy/battery saving mode was enabled and this caused the effect as previously described.
