I did know how to do this, but I just replaced the motherboard on my phone and can’t seem to get an mp3 to play as my ringtone. Can someone take me through this please? thanks!
Is the mp3 you want to use in your folder ringtone?
yes, although i seem to have more than one ringtones folder. is it the one in the system/media/ringtones folder or another one? I cant seem to copy it into my system folder
Actually you don’t need to move it into the ringtones folder. In the standard MUSIC app, just play your desired mp3, push the left button and it will give you, among others, the option to make this your ringtone.
