USB-c port module screw issue damaged of Fairphone 4

Hello forum,

in the process of replacing the USB-c port module of my Fairphone 4 I overscrew one of the screws with a not fitting screw head and damaged the top of that screw. Now it is clearly damaged.
Does one have a tip on how to now remove the screw, or the port module itself?

Please mind my that my DIY skills are mediocre at best.
