Hi, long story short I need a new display module for my FP3. Question: am I able to return spare parts and be refunded, as I am not actually sure my display connector works.

Not really - contact Fairphone support
The only way that could happen is with prior arangement with Fairphone and this is only a user forum, so no definitive answer from other users, as it’s an official Fairphone decision, but I very much doubt it. It just doesn’t make sense that they would allow you to test a screen which then becomes a used screen ~ or any other module.
Options:
- Can you find a #fairphoneangel near you that has one to try ?
- How about describing the problem to see if any users here can help?
Clearly you don’t ‘need’ a display module, if you are not sure what the problem is. It’s more like you want one for testing. So you could put in a request for a used one under [Search]
Are you out of the 2 year warranty?
