Upgrade Lineage OS with microG

Hi there,

I’m using lineage OS til i get my FP3, and i’m looking now to add microG in it, espacially the pre-location fonctions with Nominatim. But i don’t find any simple todo even by searching into the web…

I’m actually on Lineage OS 22.1 (the last version).

I’ve already done this with my old FP2 long time ago, but get the informations look harder than ever.

i did this install recently. unfortunately as far as i know you are to install google services just after lineageos and before booting it for the first time. the lineageos installation tutorial has it in the last step. I’m not sure what can be done now that u already use it. you may have to wipe your phone. add the search key “xda forums” with your query to have results from the xda forums, where a lot of people share those kinds of questions and experiences

I think you need to wait till LOS with microG is available, havent ever heard about a way to install microG seperately
