Following OS upgrade my phone will not receive SMS. I updated to latest OS version and am using the default app. I can send SMS and make and receive voice calls, so do not believe it is a provider/SIM issue. I did not have any other SMS app installed when problem started (have tried an alternate app in process of troubleshooting, but to no avail). I have a single SIM only used in this phone. I can see from closed threads that this is not a new issue, but nobody seems to have received a clear resolution. Is there a known fix or has allowing an OS update destroyed my phone?
To further search for the reason you could either do a factory reset (if you have a working backup!) or try out the sim in a different phone.
