I somehow activated the Team Windows Recovery Project in a way that after trying to update from FP Open 16.10 to 16.11 I always end up in the TWRP menu.
The only way for a newbie like me to leave this menu is Reboot->System. But this does not do the update.
Can someone guide me out of this?

Try to update through the app ‘Updater’.

I do. But after the final reboot I still end up in the TWRP menu.

Update Procedure when FPOS OTA-Update is available
If the FP updater informs you via WLAN about an FPOS update, you have to do it MANUALLY with TWRP, if you flashed TWRP before!
Here are the procedure (including re-establish root acces, link for root infos):
1 Download the FP2 ZIP as the “update” version (current v 1.3.6), pack it on SD card or internal storage
2 Start phone in TWRP (Power+VolUp > 10s) and install it via ZIP
3 If desired, without reboot also (re-)flash XPosed ZIP with TWRP (details)
Perhaps this method will help you.

Yes. Looks good.
Just to be sure, the right ZIP file for this procedure is fp2-sibon-16.11.0-ota-userdebug.zip from http://code.fairphone.com/projects/fp-osos/user/fairphone-open-source-os-downloads.html Right?
