I have placed an order on the fairphone site and there was an error with payment processing.
The issue is that the money was actually transferred from my account,but now I have no order in my account page:
I don’t know how to reach out to support. First I made support request and got a confirmation email that pointed to this:
I tried again and it finally registered an issue, but no one is answering and I read on reddit that some people go for months without an answer.
No phone number, was unable to talk a real person on the live chat. What should I do?
