I am trying to change an Exchange password but the email app stops. I am not able to deactivate it, or force stop it and the clear cache and clear data buttons are greyed out. Solution?
Go to settings and delete the account. Maybe that helps.
The problem was the latest Android System Webview update. Something is wrong with the current one. I removed the update.
Try to update WebView again afterward changing password. WebView updates usually come with important security fixes for all applications which use WebView.
