Unable to access MS OneDrive files

Hi
I’ve just joined the community with a FP5. I’ve successfully set up MS365 and OneDrive but can’t see files on the Personal Vault - just get the message to check network connection. Same thing on mobile and WIFI. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix please?

Thanks for the link, I’d already tried those but after yet another delete/reinstall cycle it seems to be working. Hopefully problem resoled!
