Hello,

I go to the menu “notifications” and striking up one, and I can not open . Does nothing. It is as read the notice and nothing else.

And also, pulse the button " close application" and does nothing.

Did you already try this workaround:
Re-enable Privacy Impact by unticking the option found at:
Settings > Sound & Notifications > Privacy Impact

Currently it works . It is now known about the close button application, it don’t work
