Since I upgrade to A13, turning on Bluetooth (which I don’t keep on when not needed) makes the phone extremely slow/unresponsive (almost unusable) for 15-30 seconds. This was not the case with A11 and I wonder what causes this ? Why turning on BT makes the phone extremely slow for such a long delay (is this using so much CPU with high priority during this period ??? but why ???). Is there anything to do about it ?
As this doesn’t seem to be a common problem, I’d recommend to reset BT and Wifi in the settings/system/reset options.
If that doesn’t help you might consider a dic:factorydatareset , if you have a working backup of your relevant data.

It’s perhaps b/c most ‘normal’ people just keep BT always on
