Transfer iMessage history to Fairphone Messages

Hi All,

Has anyone figure out a way to pass the iMessage history from iPhone to the Fairphone? I see there are some paid 3rd party apps for this.

I did the initial cable set-up, but given my iMessages where in the cloud, they did not transfer. In retrospective, I should have force them off the icloud before doing the cable setup.

The easiest way is importing through the inital setup. Can you reset the phone or is it too late for that?

Thank you, I will try to do this.
For it to work I need to force all my iMessages from the iCloud, right? I think that is the step I forgot the first time.
