🇫🇷 🇬🇧 Touchscreen faulty

Hi all,

Since this morning, my touchscreen does not react anymore

I tried following steps, one by one :

1. Phone reboot
2. Remove tempered glass
3. Remove SD card (SanDisk Extreme 128 GB)
4. Factory reset (mouse connected with USB-OTG cable from my work)
5. Remove SIM card (Sosh / Orange France)
6. Suggested by @Antoine: disconnect screen and reconnect it again

EDIT: FINAL SOLUTION WAS TO PROCEED TO STANDARD EXCHANGE (2-YEAR WARRANTY), AS PROPOSED BY LOCAL RESELLER

My Fairphone 4 has the last firmware update (Fairphone OS v.107 - Build number FP3T.A.107.20220316).

Do you have some ideas? (I do not really want to use it with a mouse )
I think I am dealing with a hardware issue, as even a factory reset is not enough.

I am really sad because after just 1 mounth of use, I personnally think that FP4 is awesome!

Avez-vous essayé de démonter et remonter l’écran ?
Le connecteur pourrait être mal clipsé et s’être légèrement détaché…

Malheureusement après avoir suivi les instructions, j’ai toujours le même problème.

J’ai ouvert un ticket au support Fairphone, je vous tiens informé de la réponse qui me sera donnée.

Comme promis, voici mon retour d’expérience.
J’ai finalement contacté le Service Après Vente de mon revendeur, qui a procédé au remplacement du téléphone en 10 jours.
