Touchscreen doesn't respond (FP2)

Hi All :slight_smile:

Since Yesterday my FP2 touchscreen doesn’t respond, the volume and picture buttons still works

after randoms ON/OFF of the FP and using buttons it worked for 2 minutes after it rebooted and now i’m stuck to the PIN CODE , and i’m unable to enter the code and even whem removing the shell and battery it still doesnt work

Any Help Please :slight_smile: ?

Do you happen to have it connected to a charger?

As a workaround to access your data, you could connect a mouse via USB OTG cable.
