Titles can't have more than one emoji? 🇬🇧 🧙

Apparently it’s no longer possible to create topics with more than one emoji in the title anymore.

@Monica.Ciovica is that something that can be changed in the site settings or do we have to change how we highlight multi-language topics?

I made some changes in the Settings, please try if you plan on creating a topic and let me know if it worked.
