I have my FP2 for about 3 years. In the beginning I was very satisfied but lately it have been some problems like freezing sceen and restarts many time a day. A friend who is very good at computers/phones helped me to install a new androidsystem so I dont have all the googleapps as comes with googleaccount, that is very good! And my phone is much better now 
But since a while I have problems with the sound, people Im talking to says that they dont hear me so something have happend with the sound. I dont know what to do, hope anyone can help me with this I be very happy!!
Maybe take a look at iFixit if necessary and disassemble/reassemble the bottom module for cleaning contacts.
