Ich habe in den Einstellungen des FP5 und auch in WhatsApp alle (Klingel-)Töne aktiviert, aber bei Anrufen über WhatsApp klingelt es einfach nicht, so dass ich schon einige Anrufen versäumt habe. Ob es bei einem Videoanruf klingelt, habe ich noch nicht probiert. Normaler Anruf über Anrufsymbol des FP5 klappt ohne Probleme. Hat jemand eine Idee?
I have activated all (bell) tones in the settings of the FP5 and also in WhatsApp, but when calling via WhatsApp it just doesn’t ringle, so I have already missed some calls. I haven’t tried whether it rings on a video call. Normal call via call symbol of the FP5 works without any problems. Does somebody has any idea?
When did you first notice this? There is currently a major outage at Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.).
EDIT 18:00 (Amsterdam time): Meta services apparently back online.
I can’t confirm this behaviour. My FP5 rings loud and clear on WhatsApp audio and video calls.

The error has been available for a few weeks. I checked all settings in the FP5 and WhatsApp, but I don’t find a solution.

Ich nutze das quasi nie, habs gerade getestet und es funktioniert… Ich nutze als Klingelton, eine eigene MP3. In WA habe ich nix eingestellt, da sind automatisch die Systemeinstellungen drin.

In WhatsApp I exhibited in the settings “Calls from Unknown” (because my wife suppressed her phone number). In FP5, I gave all permissions for WhatsApp in “data protection” and issued all “Advanced Privacy” settings. I also updated the FP5 to the OS 1.20. But it still doesn’t ring.
