They will make an update after at least 5 complaints about this, from people with Fairphone 2 and Android 6.0.1.

Android 6.0.1 is not supported on the Fairphone 2 anymore.
Please upgrade to the latest OS version from Fairphone, which is Android 7.1.2 currently. There are versions for Fairphone OS (with Google Apps andd services preinstalled) and Fairphone Open OS (without Google Apps and services preinstalled), whichever you use.
