Telephone connection problem?

I’m having an apparent problem with the phone connection. When I talk to people, the microphone is disconnected so that the receiver cannot hear me, but I can hear the receiver talking, and after a short time the connection is disconnected.
I think it is the signal from the telemast or the phone’s antenna, as there are no problems with telephony in my car over the internal system. I have tested the phone with call test. No problem.
