🇩🇪 🇬🇧 Tastatur verschwindet währed der Eingabe / Keyboard disappears while typing

Hi FP Forum,

ich bin seit Lieferstart Besitzer eines Fairphone 5. Leider gibt’s es immer wieder diverseste Probleme:

• Apps schließen sich während der Nutzung
• Bluetooth disconnected sich wärend der Nutzung
  Aber das wohl gravierendste ist, dass inmitten von Tastatureingaben immer wieder die Tastatur verschwindet. Diese lässt sich dann auch nicht mehr aktivieren innerhalb dieser App. Die App muss dann komplett geschlossen werden und wieder geöffnet. Danach geht es kurzfristig. Aber nur ein Neustart behebt das Problem für ca. 1 bis 2 Tage danach beginnt es wieder.

Hat jemand eine Idee wo man ansetzen könnte?

i’m a fairphone 5 owner since day one. But there are some problems that appear frequently:

• apps are closing while they are used
• bluetooth disconnects while used
  The nastiest problem is the keyboard that disappears while it is used in any app. If i close the app in the background it works for a few moments but only a reboot fixes the issue. And again only for 1 or 2 days then the problems start again.

Has someone an idea where to start debugging?

Hallo in die Runde,

ich glaube das Problem gefunden zu haben:
Der Akku-Manager des Fairphone scheint die ganzen Phänomene herforgerufen zu haben. Seit ich diesen abgeschaltet habe laufen alle Apps & die Tastatur wieder normal und es werden auch keine neustarts mehr benötigt.

i think, i found the problem:
The accu-manager integrated in fairphone seemed to be the problem. Since i turned it off no app closed unexpected and the keyboard didn’t disappear anymore.
