Syncing problems

Hi guys,
the other thread on sync problems seemed to be about something different so I figured I’d leave that thread be. Either way, here’s my problem:
Ever since the software update, all of my accounts stopped syncing. all of them say ‘Sync is off’ and there is no way of turning it on. Help?

Have you tried checking these settings:

Go to Settings > Data Usage and press the settings button (bottom left). Make sure “Restrict background data” is not ticked and also ensure that “Auto-sync data” is ticked
