Synchronisation googleacount after update

Hi,
I had to do last update several times and still it asks me to do it over and over again.
When I want to add google play store I get a message that says I have to download it from an other safer place, when I accept it shows:
Failed! Error 404.
What do I have to do to get all my google linked apps back?
