Support/request form doesn't work

Hello,
I try to send in a support request under
https://fairphone.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests.

I have entered all information such as serials, bot-check etc. (in Firefox and IE) but every time I press SUBMIT the form just reloads and does not move on to the next step.

Just e-mail the info you have entered in the form to support@fairphone.com :slight_smile:

This is a well known bug and I have no idea why they haven’t been able to fix it yet.

this is really SILLY! So many problems with the phone and than even the support channel doesnt work properly.

I do not find any fairphone support email address… where to send it to?
