Support password linked to Facebook problem

Hi,

I tried to get on to Support but because I signed in with my Facebook profile my original password is being asked to link the my e-mail with the Facebook login. Unfortunately I have forgotten that password so cannot currently access support.

I have tried resetting my Fairphone log-in password from the forum but that doesn’t to seem to help with my problem accessing support.

Can anyone help?

Just create a new account without using facebook?

Unfortunately, different parts of the Fairphone site use different accounts - your forum account is a different account than the one you’ll need for support.
