Today, I figured it is not possible to open https://support.fairphone.com with any modern browser. Firefox says SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP. Chrome alike. Both desktop and mobile versions.
Not sure where to report this. @solveig.kreinsen could you please relay it to relevant department and make sure this is fixed ASAP?
We’re in contact with our support platform provider and hope they can restore the website soon. I’ll post here when it’s up.
The support site is back online
