Support and guarantee

Several weeks ago my fairphone did not start any more. Noting helped (hw reset etc.) These is no light when charging. I suppose there is a hardware defect.(and my job is electrinics, i mean, what i say) I am sure there is still guarantee. I reported this nonfunction to fp, but did nor get any response.
There is not even a chance to get it repaired.
I say THIS is NOT FAIR to me as a customer!!!
What can i do???

Call them. Find phone number and office hours at the very bottom of the Support website.

Sometimes email responses can get filed as spam incorrectly so if you haven’t already, check your spam folder… Or if you log on to the support site you can check your request online to make sure it’s open and that support haven’t asked you to respond to them with additional information
