Anyone know if there is a setting I can switch to send only mono audio out of the headphone jack? Can’t seem to find one anywhere. I’m not interested in buying a mono headset as I already have headphones.

Some phones allow this in the accessibility options, so FP should definitely be able to implement this in future updates. You can add this in features request thread on this forum : https://forum.fairphone.com/t/fp-open-os-feature-requests-vote-for-your-favorites/12303
Or, if you only need this for music, use a music player offering this option (ie, poweramp should do)
Or, if you are a bit techy, you could try to experiment with modifying /system/etc/audio_policy.conf .

In a OS-version before FPOS 1.6.2, the mono setting in Settings/System/Accesibility/ was available.
Does anybody know where it hides itself now?
