Spotify not showing on lock screen

If I’m playing something on Spotify and need to stop it quickly, I used to have A mini ‘player’ on my lockscreen on iPhone, is there anyway to add this to my fairphone lockscreen?

Currently I’m having to unlock the phone, find the Spotify app, open it
and stop the track.

That’s weird. It should be visible. Can you see other notifications on the lock screen? I can imagine two ways this happened:

  1. You manually dismissed the notification. Then it’s only visible in the Quick settings when Pin media player option is enabled. Closing and reopening Spotify should fix this.
  2. You disabled lock screen notifications. You can enable them in Settings → Notifications → Notifications on lock screen.

I had the same issue, you have to unlock the notifications as @Razem has said already.
