not sure if this topic was already discussed. Recently I was trying to minimise the times my phone notifies me on new events, so I disabled the spotify bar as well. I would like to have it back, but I do not know how.

You have to allow notifications on the lock screen under settings-notifcations. I think you will have to then disable notifications for the apps separately you don’t won’t to send notifications.
