Spotify almost never responds

Spotify do not respond(or respond very poorly when i am trying to choose a song/album/playlist. The scrolling works good though.

Does this problem also occur with Privacy Impact enabled?

Thanks alot for the answer! Now my problem is fixed! Is the privacy impact suppose to be on or off?
