My Updater currently sais something about a special update, is that trustworthy or did something go wrong in the IT departement?

Yes, @Gerrit_Grosskopf, this is an official update. Sorry for not announcing it on the forum and for the resulting confusion.

As was already pointed out:

• The update is only available from the Updater if Fairphone OS 18.02.0 is installed.
• It is meant to mitigate stability issues in devices produced since summer of last year.
• The changes will be included in upcoming Fairphone OS 18.03.
• This only affects devices produced after Q3 2017.
