Speaker and microphone not working on FP 2

Hi everyone!

I’m unsure what to do with my FP 2 at this point - repair it myself (though the question would be which part(s) exactly) or send it in.

The speker started to not work properly a couple of weeks ago. With headphones everything works fine but in “normal” mode, the sound was distorted first and now it stopped all together - which makes it impossible to know when somebody is calling (vibration mode doesn’t work either for calls).

So the second problem is that I can call people and hear them but they cannot hear a word I say… so I guess the microphone is broken?

Anyone with the same problems?

Hi @Patrizia_Barbera,

did you try to remove the module, clean the pins and re-insert it? The only thing you need is a small screwdriver.
