I have a little problem when I use headphone with my Fairphone 4. If I’m listening some music with the screen lock, it will always decrease when I unlock the screen, and go back to normal once I lock it again.
Is there a way to desactivate this ?

could you try to turn on “do not disturb” and tell if that changes anything?
Some apps lower volume or pause playback for notifications. Maybe this is running wild and causing the issue.
No it doesn’t change anything 
Have you tried other players?
Rocket player seems to have some options regarding volume, have not tried it myself
