I have to set a fixed IP to connect to a special WIFI net.
I cannot find a manual either here nor searching “android10”.
Maybe this setting is buried somwhere deep inside.
Could someone help, Please?

Sorry, I don’t have a FP3 to verify, but you might try out what is described e.g. here:
(search for the header “Android 9 and 10”)

Works as described in the link you provided - WiFi settings, select WiFi, use ‘pen’, change from DHCP to Static.

Thanks for this information (which helped) but beware that you have to scroll down to find the network setting. It took some time 'cause the “keyboard” took the interesting part of the display.
