Update went well
Update available but failed to download or install
by the way, even if I set my Google Play preferences to “automatically update apps” I have to check manually the app updates and install them manually
I think to remember that the downloads only appear once the update is provided to all devices. Even though the hint of a staged rollout is missing in this initial post, it seems to be one - I don’t see the update yet (Deutsche Telekom SIM)
Same in Austria (HoT). As the last two updates comes really fast, (even the last, the phone reported a new update, before I got the mail), the old behavior will be continued. Little bit disappointed about it.
My Wi-Fi stopped working - every network I connect to now says “no internet”, even though there is. I can use Brave while it says “no internet connection”.
Some apps like Discord and Slack assume there’s no internet and don’t update, and the Wi-Fi disconnects automatically after a few minutes.
The Wi-Fi understands it’s connected after switching from DHCP to static IP and then back a few times.
It forgets being connected to the internet the next time I try to connect to it, though. I have to do this every time for each network which is immensely frustrating, especially when I forget and use up all my data.
