I can add some improvement that some were waiting for:

With this update it will be possible to add at the bottom left and right quick access icons to e.g. camera, flashlight…on the lockscreen.

Edit: also fixed is this (update: the issue is back)

Navigation bar disappears on A14 using FP5

I can now consistently reproduce it. It always occurs when switching themes, per this: Submitted to https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/requests/1204837.

The update bug is fixed but but the change will only be visible from the next update onwards.

Here I am to give feedback We have been in contact with Google in the past days as the issue originates in the update service itself and we have received a patch that should solve the issue for future updates. Specifically for this one, however, there is no fix planned for this update, as it is impossible to apply it retroactively. What happens, in short, is that the updater service, sometimes, selects the wrong package to download and thus the update fails. Waiting some time…
