Hello, I just made an account here, I restarted my phone just now and it wont turn on anymore after the update. Since my phone is bricked I cannot access my IMEI to create a support ticket

Your IMEI could be included in the email conforming your extended warranty, and also (it seems I don’t have FP4 though) inside your phone

Thank you I was able to locate it. Would anyone know if this can be resolved online. I currently reside in USA so I do not believe I have an easy way to send this anywhere for repairs.

As they are still working on a solution, the only remedy at the moment is to send it in for repair, sorry.

the most important thing is for you now (as far as I can tell) to report it officially. and be in touch with the customer support

Since FP4.QREL.15.15.2, ethernet adapters have stopped working, which is a huge problem for me.

In my case this update installed perfectly a few days ago and it’s contently vibing at the november 2025 patch level. But given how it sounds like there will be an updated release in a few days (or weeks), will I be able install that correctly once released? Or will this somehow be complicated by my phone now being on this 15.15.2 release?

Hello , I have exactly the same problem : My phone is bricked since yesterday

I opened a ticket yesterday evening, they answered this morning, I gave some details, but no news since then. Has I understand, .. perhaps that support starts to be over whekmed with demands ..??

I updated my FP4 on Monday22th at 17:00, but I rebooted only the day after(tuesday), at 15;30, after a network disconnection (a bug that I already had) .

..And since this reboot, I only have a brick .. not even charging, nor .. anything. No life sign at all. And if I connect USB to a PC, the PC doesn’t see anything plugged.

I only had 1 hard SIM in it, and no sdcard.

Between the update and the reboot, I had used classical applications, suche a firfox, yahoomail, Qwant, Signal , Whatsapp. and I also used spotify (not used usually)

I don’t understand when you speak about DM … I’m not used to forums

Your timeline matches with mine. Installed Monday but did not restart until Tuesday. My phone is also bricked.

To everyone who’se phone doesn’t boot anymore: have you tried removing the battery and re-inserting it again? That helped mine and when it booted up, then I noticed that the clock was set back to 28th of November! Which might possibly be the cause of a boot loop.

Hello, tried every booting manipulations : removed batteries, pushed power button for long time, with or without the other sound buttons (more than 20s) , tried to plug it to charger, mixing with any button push ..

Nothing, like a brick would do
