Impossible to log in for the SNCF connect app. No access to my tickets and account details.

Did you try again in case it was a server problem ?

Something usually quite efficient is to leave a comment on the Google store with 1 star explaining your problem. When I do this, I usually get a fast answer.

I have just checked it. Works without problems for me.

Try logging in on the SNCF web site. This way you would know whether the problem is about your account or not. Then you would have a clearer view how to fix the problem.
