Slow motion mode enabled by default in full hd 120fps video

Hi

I just wanted to ask if this is normal and if yes, why? The picture shows a screenshot from the Google Photos app gallery. All three videos were taken with the default camera app:

Video 1: Full HD 1080p (30fps)
Video 2: Full HD 1080p (120fps)
Video 3: 4k Ultra HD (30fps)

Why doesn’t video 2 show the runtime in its top right corner? And why is the middle part of video 2 in slow motion without any editing from my part (I know I can remove it manually)? The other two videos are normal.

Kind regards
