Hi everyone, since Android 13 update, I’m not able to receive or send MMS. The update erased APN configuration of my 2 sim cards.
I put back data and MMS configuration for my “source mobile” card and my “orange” card, but neither are working for mms (data are working well).
I tried a lot of APN configurations, I sent messages to operators support, nothing worked since 1 year.
If anyone had this issue I would be grateful if you can share your solution with me.

Hi @RaphaelB, I have the same issue for my FP4 and Orange SIM 
Unfortunately I do not use MMS quite often.
Therefore, I found a temporary workaround (but bit strange 
) : I can send and receive MMS through Wi-Fi. It works even with Wi-Fi calling disabled.
Could you test ? Have you tried to reach also FP support ? 
To me this sounds like an operator problem. What reply did they give?
You can try this:
- Turn the phone off and remove both SIMs.
- Turn phone on with no SIM and allow to boot fully.
- Turn off and place one SIM
- Test
Repeat with the other SIM.
